Certified Cheese Specialist Dorota Siejek-Hendershot will lead us through numerous thematic samplings of cheese and pair them with delicious side offerings while Jerry works us through designing our own ceramic slab charcuterie boards.

GETTING THAT GARDEN IN? ….This MAY we will be constructing terra cotta Ollas. These ceramic pots are designed to be buried in the ground of your garden with their tall lidded necks sticking up out of the ground for filling. They help with drought conditions and keep the weeds down. We will talk about how to prepare and plant them in the garden.
